Vedic MeditationInitiation Weekend
A Practice Rooted in Nature
November 27–29, 2026
Barking Bear Studio · Wildwood, qathet BC
Plant a seed within yourself this season.

An invitation to stillness
Rooted in the wisdom of Nature, Vedic Meditation is a simple, effortless practice that allows the mind to settle beyond thought into deeper states of awareness and rest.
Over three days, you will receive your own personal mantra — a seed sound connected to the constellation of you — along with initiation and complete instruction in a practice to carry throughout your life.
This is not about controlling the mind or trying to stop thoughts. It is an invitation to move beyond the surface activity of thinking and rediscover the stillness that is already within you.
A practice to remember
- Your connection to Nature
- Creativity, joy and flow
- Clarity, focus and presence
- Awareness of subtle energies
- Your natural state of aligned coherence
- Inner stillness and freedom from the restless mind
Not something to become. Something to remember.
